I’m starting the last week of C25K today! I’m so excited! :) I’m really bad at following through with things, and I’m just happy that I’ve found something that I want to be consistent with.
This last week has not been my best, as far as eating heathy goes. I’ve gone over my calories a few times, but I’m trying to get a grip (starting this morning)! The move and the new job have been overwhelming, but I’m trying really hard not to think of those as excuses. I just need to get over it, and get back on track.
