Week 4, Day 2.
So, I completed week 4, day 2 of c25k yesterday, and I finished it off with some squats and lounges.  Needless to say, my legs are pretty sore.  I feel great, though.  Today, I will do some strength training for my arms.  I hope I can keep up this “every damn day” motivation.
