May 2012 Goals
My goals for the month: -Complete c25k (3 weeks and 1 day to go!) -Track my food consumption every single day -Exercise at least 4 times a week (if not more) -Lose 5 lbs (er.. or at least not gain any weight with my relocation/move) -Officially sign up for “Run for your lives” ^.^ May will be wonderful.

I can’t believe I’ve stuck to something for this long. The best part is that I absolutely love it, and I’m always looking forward to the next run. I also love that my brother & sister in law are just as motivated. We ran in the rain today. Week 6, Day 1 compete!
I’m feeling really exhausted after my run. It was a struggle, but I finished it! I’m blaming my long shift last night for my exhaustion. Oh well, I did it! Day 2 on Monday. :) Oh, and I forgot to mention… We ran in the rain today! We are committed!!! :)
I DID IT! :) WEEK 5, DAY 3!
After dragging week 5, day 2 on for a week and a half, I finally tried day 3! It was a complete success!!! I’m SOOOOOO proud of myself. I felt good throughout the entire run too! I did notice that I got some side cramps. I tried to control my breathing, and that seemed to help. Any advice on those suckers? Today’s workout: Warm up-walk 5 mins Run 20 mins Cool down-walk 5...
